Groups - Shared Credential Authentication Context class schema (sstc-saml-authn-context-ext-shared.xsd) uploaded

Modified so that the class schema redefines 

1) core AC schema to stipulate that the PrincipalAuthenticatioMechanism
element MUST have an Extension

2) Shared Credential extension schema to stipulate that the element MUST
have a value of '1'
