Standardization Plans for Shared Credential spec set

Hal, in response to your request that document advocates inform the TC 
of plans/status for taking documents to OASIS Standard level, the 
current situation wrt the Shared Credential spec set 
(RequestedAuthnContext protocol extension, Shared Credential authn 
context extension, related schemas) is

a) we are evaluating taking the docs to OASIS Standard
b) we are searching/scheming for the 3rd attestor in support of a)
