I've uploaded Committee Draft 03 of the SAML V2.0 Attribute Sharing Profile for
X.509 Authentication-Based Systems in ODT, PDF, and ZIP file formats.
(The ZIP contains XHTML and GIFs.)  I followed Scott's and Eve's
suggestions with respect to template, Acknowledgments, and other
formatting characteristics.  As far as I know, this document set meets
OASIS requirements.
