Possible "lost" spec?

I think we lost a document at some point, I tracked it back to CD-02 about a
year ago, and I suspect it went to a 60 day review and then got dropped by
accident. The reviews are so long it's hard to remember them ending.

I don't recall any comments about the document, and I suspect it's waiting
on attestations and a vote to CS and then final submission?
