Metadata errata

closing out my AI from a couple of weeks ago... for references to  
deprecated DNSSEC RFC2535:

replace references to RFC2535 with RFC4035, which occurs on the  
following lines of SAMLMETA2.0:

- 1253
- 1425
- 1447 (new glossary reference):

discussions welcome, but this is a pretty straight forward  
replacement.  No issues arise from the new RFC
