Thanks Tom, I own two (Shared Credentials & Requested Authn Context) of
them, but couldn't find CS versions either.
I'll create these versions, work with Mary to get them into
http://docs.oasis-open.org/security/saml/Post2.0/
and then update the Wiki pages
