Draft-05 of HoK Assertion Profile

Draft-05 of the SAML V2.0 Holder-of-Key Assertion Profile has been
uploaded to kavi:

This draft redefines the <ds:X509SKI> element as discussed in this thread:

The only remaining issue is the specification of the
<ds:X509Certificate> element.
