New SAML profiles for XRI

FYI:

I've posted a draft set of new SAML profiles to the XRI TC mailing  
list [1], something I've been meaning to do for quite some time.  I  
expect they will bounce around in the XRI TC for a bit, but thought  
folks here would like to know of the new profiles.

It's not clear to me at the moment whether this should be voted out by  
the SSTC or the XRI TC.
