Response to NSN proposal on Attribute Management Protocol

Colleagues,

we have published a powerpoint discussion document to the SSTC 
repository, analyzing requirements for
attribute management at relying parties and explaining how these 
requrements might be met by extending SAML 2.0.
It builds on the proposal made by NSN in their recent submission to the TC.

I would request the Chairs for some agenda time to present these 
materials to the TC and to respond to any questions.
