Small editing question about TOC in SSTC documents

Folks,

I'm currently editing the front matter/pages of the two Kerberos docs, as per requested by mary.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the Appendix headings to appear in the Table of Contents (TOC).

I've tried everything I know in OpenOffice, including deleting and inserting a new TOC. But nothing seems to work.

Is this a bug in OO or in the Oasis template doc? Any help would be appreciated.
