NOTE: This is a resubmission of a CS ballot request that did not obtain majority vote (ballot was closed 13 June 2010). There has been no change to this CD doc since 13 June 2010).

Certification by the TC that there were no substantive changes:

At the Oct 20, 2009 meeting of the SS TC the TC voted to request a Committee Specification Ballot for the SAML V2.0 Holder-of-Key Web Browser SSO Profile.

The TC also voted that no normative changes had been made since the Public Review and that all XML instances and schemas are well formed and valid.

In accordance with Section 2.19 of the TC Process the committee also voted to indicate that the following mutual references in these documents be updated after their approval to Committee Specification (and subsequently OASIS Standard, if applicable): [HoKSSO-XSD] and [SAML2HoKAP]. The committee acknowledges that approval and publication of the specification may be delayed by the Designated Cross-Reference Changes.
