Comment on sstc-saml-metadata-algsupport-cd-01

Commenting on my own spec, there's a mistake in the schema, I accidentally
left out processContents="lax" from the <any> wildcards in the schema, which
is our standard convention to avoid validation problems for extension
content.

I'll fix once the review is over (unfortunately requiring a new CD and 15
day review).
