Proposed ballot to move the SAML Session Token Profile to CSD and 15day PR

As agreed on the call I propose that the chairs initiate an electronic ballot with the following text for a minimum of 7 days.

Shall SAML 2.0 Session Token Profile Version 1.0, Working Draft 07 be approved by the OASIS Security Services (SAML) TC as a Committee Specification Draft and submitted for a 15 day Public Review limited in scope to the changes shown in the "difference" file?

Requires a Full Majority Vote to approve
