Chad has no updates. When time permits, he suggests working on profiles
first and breaking apart the existing profile document into its separate
pieces. The break-up is accounted for in the templates provided by
tc-admin.

Ian says they are close to releasing a new draft with some minor changes.
Some issues arose around expiration of assertions and the need to renew
signatures over time.

Scott will be publishing a WGLC draft of the saml-ec GSS mechanism once
