Found some broken links in SAML V2.0 ECP V2.0

Hi all, 

We are qc'ing the Committee Specification version of SAML V2.0 ECP V2.0 now. I noticed that four of the normative reference links are broken: 

- [ChanBind-XSD]     OASIS Committee Specification, Extension Schema for SAML V2.0 Channel Binding Extensions Version 1.0, July 2013. http://docs.oasis-open.org/security/saml/Post2.0/saml-channel-binding-ext/v1.0/cs01/xsd/saml-channel-binding-ext-v1.0.xsd  (wrong name for the schema) 

- [SAML2Meta]          OASIS Standard, Metadata for the OASIS Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) V2.0, March 2005. http://docs.oasis-open.org/security/saml/v2.0/saml- metadata-2.0-os.pdf (note the blank space after 'saml- ') 

- [Schema1]              H. S. Thompson et al. XML Schema Part 1: Structures. World Wide Web Consortium Recommendation, May 2001. http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC- xmlschema-1-20010502/ (blank space after 'REC- ') 

- Schema2]              Paul V. Biron, Ashok Malhotra. XML Schema Part 2: Datatypes. World Wide Web Consortium Recommendation, May 2001. http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC- xmlschema-2-20010502/ (same problem as above) 

This is just FYI to you. I'll proceed with publishing unless you let me know that you want to go back and fix these before releasing. 

These can be treated as Non-Material Changes so, if you want to fix them, you can prepare another working draft and vote on it again as a CSD with Non-Material Changes. Completely up to you all. Just wanted to let you know it is there.
