No update. Chad has started transferring material from core into new
template.

Chet created a folder in the document repo for 2.1 material.

Rainer asked about the process here, Chad outlined how to request a new
template via web form on the web site, Thomas will email him with the
information.

Draft was published for public review. A meeting will be held next week to
review any comments received. Mohammad is requesting TC review of the
document, which started officially yesterday.
