RE: Call for agenda items (SSTC Meeting 10 July, 2018)

The only significant addition is a Security Considerations section (and I forgot to update the Table of Contents, but that will come out in the wash later).

I may be a bit late to the call but I'll try to get there as soon as I can, I have to find a non-noisy space after a meeting.

My hope is to move that WD-05 to CSD-03 and then to CS-01 as a non-substantive change from CSD-02, which I believe is how the process works to finish this off.

I also have a question about a possible future addition to this that Hal might know the answer to if he's in attendance.
