Details for ballot request tomorrow

The motion I plan to present is:

Motion to request that TC Administration initiate a Special Majority Vote to approve "SAML V2.0 Subject Identifier Attributes Profile Version 1.0 Working Draft 07 and accompanying schema", contained in [1], as a Committee Specification.

The TC affirms that changes have been made since the last public review, which received no comments. The changes made are documented in [2] in a redlined copy, and consist solely of spelling corrections and editorial suggestions. The TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#dNonmaterialChange).
