Conformance Clauses:
The SWAMID federation supports the conformance clauses in section 3.0.1
mislabeled as 3.1 as both a metadata consumer and metadata producer via
multiple implementations.

We have interoperability with metadata produced by multiple sources and
about multiple entities.
