We didn't get 3 so far on any of them, so nothing much to do I guess. We can discuss what the process would be if we get a third.

I was able to drum up a handful of attestations to some older specs, I'll review today and see if any of them reached 3. Hal suggested the standard advancement process wouldn't be too onerous, though I imagine tc-admin won't be thrilled with the ancient formatting on the older stuff.
