I've got a conflict so I won't be able to make this call.
I did want to note grave concerns about the SAML profile of the FastFed document that was put up for a vote by the OIDC foundation. It's deeply flawed in a number of respects and arguably violates the core specification in one area (misuse of persistent NameID Format).
I've advised anybody that's asked me to vote it down.
