Smartgrid Discuss List Closure

OASIS rules allow the creation of an email discussion list in support of
development of a proposal for a new Technical Committee
(http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#discussLists). Such lists
are limited to 90 days, and that period is now over, so this list must be
closed.

However, the conversation here is just beginning - there are still a number
of topics under discussion and an active community of participants. For that
reason we are creating a new list - 
that is separate and distinct from any rules defined in the OASIS TC Process
Policy. 

All individuals who were subscribed to this list have been automatically
subscribed to the new list; this list will be closed to prevent any
confusion. The archives will remain accessible.
