Having done this before, I would like to suggest you first make a call
for proposals. Each proposal must have one organizer who is willing to
take on the task of organizing the meeting locally at the location.
This is not a trivial task.
Once we have a list of proposals, we can then take the poll. There is
no point in having a poll with options no one is willing to organize.

I think it might be a good idea to have a F2F. We should get feedback
from everyone in the TC, with regards to recommended dates, venues,
agenda, etc. We can then select a short list and use the poll to select
the venue/date.
