+1 – makes sense although I appreciate
Ken’s view (I have similar availability ‘issues’), the
reality is that its probable we would get more people involved if we target 2/4th
weeks as a one-off for Jan.

Take a look at the calender for Jan. The first and third Mon are
problematic dates especially in the US. The legally recognized New
Years and MLK holiday. How about rescheduling to the 2nd and 4th now to
minimize confusion going forward.

Miko's conference line has issues.

Wells' conference line doesn't support international calls as friendly as we
would have hoped.
