Fellow Editors
If you have a PD and the creator of the issue has not responded to you
either -
i) Follow Duane's recommendation
or
ii) If you decide that the issue is with merit and have a PD, please
submit it adding Duane's caveat, modified as "Additional clarification
was requested; no response received; Editors Proposed Disposition"
Do you agree with this Duane?
