Hi Don, Matt  et al,

I need a few more days to reformulate the text that I am responsible for (section 2.4)

As stated previously I accept all of the comments and I have fired off some questions to comment authors for clarification.

I will need until next Monday June 13 -  (the business of government took precedence)

If this is a problem please let me know.
