an early translator script, + a few updates

- Added a Core Use 
Case in wiki (CUC 5)

- Posted a 
translator eTSL-->XSLT that handles that Core Case, on OASIS 
site:

That could be a 
starting point, to be enhanced with what Chuck did for loops and other features, 
and also for Jungyub and others to review.

 

- Also created a 
"Scripts" section for documents in OASIS page, as well as a new "Working Docs" 
section for all peripheral material such as UBL stuff, BPM, 
etc.
