In lieu of official notes, here's what I recall from the meeting. 

We will get ATO's meeting notes from their XBRL meeting in December, which will be prepared and distributed to the group via email. (We are not comfortable posting this on KAVI because it contains agency sensitive content.). 

This captures how the Netherlands did their XBRL work. From this we will share with others for validation and identification of differences in actions taken (specifically with US Feds who have done projects/pilots.  The IRS will work this through a regular meeting with these agencies. We'd like to be able to provide them with this information by the end of January.  

From this data, we can develop the framework, which can be validated in our own project. 

If we get feedback by the february F2F, we could work the framework while there. 

I ask the others to add to this where it's devoid of other pertinent details.
