[tax] Materials from the Baltimore Tax XML meeting

Hello everyone,

It was very nice meeting you in Baltimore or listening to you on the phone.
I have received the credentials from OASIS that allow me to fulfill my
duties as a webmaster for Tax XML. Everything tested out fine and I can now
publish the information to our Tax XML TC area.

Please forward to me the meeting notes, raster list with the indication of
who is a voting member, any contact information you want me to make
available on the site, and more importantly any materials that we have
talked about during the meeting or you think will benefit members in our
challenging work on Tax XML.
