[tax] Sub-committees

It's awfully quiet round here ;-)

Did someone take an action from the telconf to collate volunteers for
the three sub-groups? If so, could that someone put me down for the
ebXML/UBL Liaison SC, and perhaps any other interested individuals could
get in touch with me directly so we can figure out how to progress with
the liaising....
