Good evening, Harm Jan & Susan. At least two of us, myself (in
California) and my colleague Dr. Carol Cosgrove-Sacks (in Geneva)
who has responsibility for our public administration TCs generally,
will dial in, and look forward to learning from the topics on the
conventional agenda. I know of no other special topics either. Of
