As far as OASIS is concerned there is no new group. When we finish the existing projects we can declare Taxxml finished. Util this happens nothing is final. So this group will continue to operate as usual.

Some of the current members have in principal  decided to create a group to support the SBR projects and the related standards (OASIS, non OASIS an UN-CEFACT). This work will not be specific tax related but more e-government.

This new group will be set up on the basis of invitation only and might set up a MOU with organisations such as OASIS.

In itself this initiative concerns some of the organisations in the TAX tc but can not be regarded as a follow up of the TAX-XML TC.
