XACML discussion list closing

I am closing the xacml-discuss list.

This list was formed 21 Feb 2001 at the request of OASIS members for the
purpose of discussing whether to start an OASIS technical committee to work
on the XACML specification. (See
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tc-announce/200102/msg00003.html for
the creation of the list.)

This list fulfilled its purpose when the XACML TC was formed (see
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tc-announce/200104/msg00000.html for
the call for participation) so is no longer necessary.

The archives of this discussion list will remain at
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xacml-discuss/, but the list itself
will be closed.
