reminder: OASIS ebXML IIC TC participation

This is a reminder that the newly formed OASIS ebXML Implementation,
Interoperability, and Conformance Technical Committee will be having its
first meeting on 6 August. Those OASIS members who wish to become members of
the TC at its first meeting must notify the TC chair, Philippe De Smedt
(), of their intent to participate 15 days before the
first meeting -- which is this weekend.
