[tc-announce] multiple OASIS Call For Participation to follow

Following this message I am sending out Calls for Participation for
four new OASIS LegalXML technical committees: eContracts,
eNotarization, Integrated Justice, and Transcripts. The format is
similar so they may appear to be duplicate messages, but there are
four.
