[tc-announce] advancement of ebXML CPPA spec

OASIS members:

I had previously announced that the ebXML CPPA specification received 
sufficient votes to be approved as an OASIS Standard, but because it 
received two negative votes it was being sent back to the originating TC 
for their decision on how to address the negative votes and accompanying 
comments.

The TC has reached a decision on this matter, and has voted to request 
approval of the spec as an OASIS Standard despite the negative votes.

I am pleased to announce, therefore, that the ebXML CPPA v2 
specification has been approved as an OASIS Standard.

The ebXML CPPA TC is to be congratulated on the work they have done in 
developing this specification.
