ballots for SAML, WSRP, and XCBF

Voting reps:

Today was supposed to be the start of balloting for approval of SAML. 
WSRP, and XCBF to be OASIS Standards.

As you may have noticed we've been hit again by hackers and the Kavi 
server is down, so obviously you don't have access to the ballots in 
order to vote.

The OASIS TC Process requires that the ballot be opened on the 15th and 
stay open until the end of the month. Due to the out-of-the-ordinary 
situation I will make appropriate adjustments to the balloting schedule 
to give you the required 15 days to cast your ballot. I'll keep you 
informed about the new schedule.

In the meantime, please take this final opportunity to familiarize 
yourselves with the submission materials, and get input from other 
members of your organization to help decide how you will vote.
