public review for OASIS ebXML Registry specs

OASIS members, XML developers, standards and industry colleagues:

The OASIS ebXML Registry TC has approved v2.1 of the Registry 
Information Model (RIM) and Registry Services (RS) specifications as 
Committee Drafts, and is now starting a 30 day public review of the 
specifications in anticipation of submitting them to the OASIS 
membership for approval as OASIS Standards. This is in accordance with 
the OASIS Technical Committee Process document (see 
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#standard).

The public review starts today, 30 October 2003 and ends 30 November.
