results of voting on UBL and WS-R

OASIS members:

The ballots for approval of UBL and WS-R as OASIS Standards have closed. 
While there were sufficient affirmative votes to approved both specs, 
because there were also negative votes the TCs must decide how to 
proceed. (Please see the OASIS TC Process at 
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#standard)
