Closure of OASIS Legislative Documents, Citations, and Messaging TC

This is to notify you that the membership of the OASIS Legislative 
Documents, Citations, and Messaging TC has voted to close the technical 
committee.  See

Plans for a related future project, and  reasons for terminating this TC at
