Completion of OASIS XML Common Biometric Format (XCBF) TC

OASIS Members:

     This is to notify you that the OASIS XML Common Biometric Format 
(XCBF) Technical Committee is closed.  The closure notice can be found at

there, related work continues in other OASIS technical committees.

     We thank the members and leadership of the TC for their contributions 
and dedication to this effort. The work that the TC produced during its
