(PR) 30-day Public Review for EKMI SOAP Profile Version 1.0

The OASIS Enterprise Key Management Infrastructure (EKMI) TC [1] members  
have recently approved a Committee Specification Draft (CSD) and submitted  
this specification for 30-day public review:

Specification Overview:

This profile specifies how Enterprise Key Management Infrastructure (EKMI)  
Symmetric Key Services Markup Language (SKSML) messages are transferred  
securely using a SOAP Version 1.2 envelope with Web Services Security (WSS)  
security features.

Public Review Period:

The public review starts 23 November 2011 and ends 23 December 2011.

This is an open invitation to comment. OASIS solicits feedback from  
potential users, developers and others, whether OASIS members or not, for the  
sake of improving the interoperability and quality of its technical work.
