HP Vote on DocBook 4.1

Hewlett-Packard Company votes YES on the DocBook specification:

1. The DocBook Technical Committee has submitted DocBook v4.1.2, an XML
version of the DTD, and v4.1, an SGML version of the DTD, and certifies that
these are valid DTDs of their type. The DTDs may be found at
http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.1.2/ and
http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/sgml/4.1/
