[tc-voting] RE: [OASIS voting] OASIS Call For Vote - XACML

MSI Business Solutions votes on the approval of the following 
Committee Specification as an OASIS Standard:
 
XACML v1:  NAY 

Reason: IPR issues are not clear. Will XACML be free of any royalties
to be paid by the implementers of XACML to the IPR claimers namely, IBM
and ContentGuard?

We need a clear statement on this from IBM and ContentGuard. OASIS is
an open, not for profit standards body and therefore, let us keep every 
work that we do under OASIS as "open" and "not for profit".
