[tm-pubsubj] Conference call pushed to April 30

Five people agreeing to push the conference call a week later to April 30, and no
opposition from anybody else.
I consider it a consensus - the conference call will then take place on April 30, same
timing 15.00 - 17.00 UTC.

I will post an agenda by the week-end, with - bandwidth permitting - new proposals for
Deliverable 1. See other message.
