Eligible members who have voted :  9

Yes: 		9
No:		0

Unfortunately, this result does not meet the OASIS requirements for
Committee Specification approval:

"The vote to approve the work as a Committee Specification requires a 2/3
vote of TC members, with no more than 1/4 objecting."

Lacks one vote ... suggestions?
