Code list validating schemas

Dear Fellow Committee Members,

Please find attached the code list validating schemas for language, 
country codes and ATA translation domains.

I have checked the schemas via 
http://apps.gotdotnet.com/xmltools/xsdvalidator/Default.aspx

The format of the schemas is based on the UBL taxonomy recommendations. 
Please could you review for any possible errors/omissions that may have 
been inadvertently introduced. I have also provided copies of these 
schemas to the UBL TC for comment.
