This looks good in the sense of bringing the schedule and deliverables
up to date.
Please also add new sections for Scope, Audience, and Language (see
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#formation for the
definition of these). I suspect that much of the Scope language, and
possibly also the Audience language, already exists in your Statement of
Purpose section; you could just do some rearranging.
