Completion of specification
As you probably know the WIKI files are offline at present I will send a zipped up set of the most recent HTML files.
At our last meeting we agreed that we need to do the following with the specification
Confirm that the draft document is ready All. We should check whether we are happy with what is listed as the XSD and examples for each method and check that these are written in a consistand way.
Review the specification from a technical view point We will ask Stephen Flinter.
Identify who can implement a trail implementation of the specification and work with them to get it implemented. All.
Review of the wording of the document Reinhard
Convert the document to a format similar to the OASIS/ XLIFF TC HTML Arle.
Publish as a committee specification.

2/ Minutes of last meeting
The minutes of the last meeting will be reviewed at the next quorate meeting.
3/ Draft specification
We are currently at a position where we have completed work on the draft committee specification. This needs reviewing and a test implementation. We discussed this and our low TC membership. It was agreed to do the following:
Peter will convert the HTML files into a single HTML file. Tony has offered to host the specification on a WIKI. We decided that we would wait until after we had seen the specification as a single HTML doc before doing this.
Bryan Schnabel of the XLIFF TC has offered to read the specification from a technical perspective. Peter will liaise with him.
It was suggested that we should approach the LRC about their doing a test implementation. Peter will contact Reinhard and Kevin to ask them about this.
Bowne were approached about an article on Web services. This was written by Peter with some involvement from his companys marketing department. This article deals with the work of the TC.
We will approach the XLIFF to discuss ideas for the future of this TC. This could involve exploring ideas such as members from the XLIFF TC joining this one or this TC becoming a sub-committee of the XLIFF TC.
