First 1.0 Beta implementation

Hello ubl-dev,

A production UBL 1.0 beta implementation based on Impaq's xDE
software went live at Sun reseller Q Associates on 5 January
2004.  The system uses the UBL 1.0 Beta Order and Invoice to
handle order values of over USD 1 million per month.

Impaq would like to issue a press release announcing this
development, but it needs confirmation that theirs is, in fact,
the first production UBL 1.0 Beta implementation capable of
round-tripping Order and Invoice.  If anyone on this list knows of
a 1.0 Beta implementation that was IN PRODUCTION prior to 5
January, please reply with the relevant information to this list
as soon as possible.
